How much do parents/athletes pay?

Packages start at $25/athlete for the Basic package and go up to $75/athlete for the Creative Media Day experience. Teams often split the cost with the booster club — for example, the club covers $20 and the athlete pays the remaining $20 as part of their player fee.

How do athletes get their photos?

Every athlete receives a link to a private online gallery where they can view and download their images. It's a pre-pay system — they pay before media day, and their gallery is waiting for them within 5-7 days after the shoot.

Does the coach get access to the photos too?

Yes — coaches receive access to the full gallery for use on social media, your school's website, banquets, and other program materials.

How far in advance should we book?

Ideally 3–6 weeks before your desired date. Preseason dates (especially late July through September) fill quickly — the earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we have.

Do you come to our facility?

Yes! We bring our full setup including lighting, backdrops, and any props directly to your gym, field, or facility. No need to travel anywhere.
